1、 Optimization of General Selection Criteria
Micro dot glue process (<0.5mm diameter)
Needle specifications: 27G-30G (inner diameter 0.2-0.4mm)
Parameter configuration: Air pressure 0.1-0.2MPa, single dispensing time ≤ 0.3 seconds
Typical applications: mobile phone camera module packaging, micro sensor bonding
High flow filling process (>3mm diameter)
Needle specifications: 14G-18G (inner diameter 1.1-1.6mm)
Parameter configuration: Air pressure 0.4-0.7MPa, dispensing time 1-5 seconds
Advantage: Avoiding interface delamination caused by multiple adhesive repairs
High viscosity fluid treatment (>50000 CPS)
Special needle: 14G oblique conical needle (outlet inclination angle of 30 °)
Pressure requirement: 0.6-1.0MPa with heating sleeve (60-80 ℃)
Technical difficulty: Back pressure control requires the use of a pressure buffering module
2、 Special fluid dispensing solution operation precautions
UV glue amber syringe 20G opaque needle needs to be operated in a dark room
Anaerobic adhesive PE piston 18G stainless steel needle after dispensing, filled with nitrogen gas for sealing
Conductive silver paste coated with Teflon 16G needle, immediately ultrasonically treated to eliminate bubbles after application
3、 Key points for cleaning epoxy resin
Daily cleaning: Rinse the syringe and needle with toluene or acetone every shift
Stubborn residue: Soak in dimethylformamide at 60 ℃ for 2 hours
Key tip: Stainless steel needles should be used ≤ 50 times, and PTFE needles are recommended for one-time use
